Information about minimum thickness according ASME Section VIII Div.2

According ASME Section VIII Div.2 Paragraph 4.1.2 it is required to respect the minimum thickness. At the moment the software doesn’t send any information about that. However for ASME Section VIII Div. 1 the software send the information according UG-16. The idea is to meke the same concept but take into account the requirements of the ASME Section VIII div.2.
