Design of Base Plates for Legs as per Pressure Vessel Design - Denis Moss - Procedure 4-12

The current approximation of considering the loads at the legs-shell junction is no longer justified since the implementation of the detailed calculation of the legs.

But a new method to check the base plate of legs must be implemented (See: Denis Moss book - Procedure 4-12) to get more accurate results.

Please update the base plate design accordingly.
