Vessel / tank with two (or more) partial jackets

Currently, only one jacket / partial jacket is allowed per vessel. Suggestion is to allow a second jacket to be added some distance from the original one.

Before suggesting adding one long jacket to the shell; there is a difference between the stiffeners added to the jacketed version of the shell and another separate shell element which has the same external pressure, height and thickness – which does not require a stiffener.
