Nozzle neck calculation outside 0.6D on formed heads is missing (AD-2000)

For this nozzles, the reinforcement is given by the head thickness but the nozzle neck calculation (cilinder under internal pressure) is missing, so the neck is not validated, only a message saying that the reinforcement is given by the head thickness
