Add the possibility to choose between elastic modulus at "design temperature" or "operating metal temperature"

When designing heat exchangers per EN 13445‑3, AutoPIPE Vessel currently uses the elastic modulus at the mean metal temperature. However, the elastic modulus should be referenced to the design temperature. Refer attached image.
Please add an option that allows users to select either mean metal temperature or design temperature for the elastic modulus, as required.
